This qualification would be suitable for a person at entry level or with limited experience in the Retail Food Industry.
No prerequisites for entry to this qualification.

Qualification Pathway

This is the first step in a pathway to success in the Retail Industry with progression to SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail.

Course Units

To gain a Certificate II in Retail Services the trainee is required to complete a total of 12 Units. While 7 of the units are compulsory for the every trainee, the remaining units can be selected and changed to better fit the nature of the workplace and benefit the trainee as well.
