Receptionist, administration assistant, customer service advisor general clerk, clerical worker, personal assistant, data entry operator, payroll officer, word processing operator or a new entrant.
Participants should be able to demonstrate that they have vocational experience in a supervisory role or provide evidence that they have sufficient knowledge and experience to show competency in the majority of units contained in BSB20115 Certificate II Business or other relevant qualifications.
This type of experience would equate to the competencies required to undertake this qualification..
Successful candidates can articulate to related Level IV qualifications..
To gain a Certificate III in Business the student is required to complete a total of 12 Units. While 1 of the units are compulsory, the remaining 11 units can be selected and changed to better fit the nature of the workplace and benefit the student as well.
